Shipping & Returns

Orders ship from my current place in Wisconsin. All orders come with tracking, which will be emailed to you when it's processed and ready to ship.

US Shipping

Standard Shipping

  • $5 flat rate for orders under $60.
  • Free for orders $60 and over.
  • Orders take up to 1 week to prepare, and shipping takes 2–5 business days. Most customers receive their orders within 2 weeks of ordering.
  • Usually ships with USPS ; however some large orders may ship with UPS.

Expedited shipping

  • $15 flat rate.
  • Expedited orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Shipping typically takes 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery is usually 3-7 days in total after ordering depending on your state.
  • Ships via USPS Priority Mail.

Couriers do not usually pick up or deliver packages on Sundays or holidays. Please factor this in if you’re rushed for time.

**Preparation time may be delayed by a few days if I am away for conventions. If you paid for expedited shipping but I am unable to fulfill it in time, I will refund the expedited fee. Thank you for your understanding!

 

International Shipping

Canada: Shipping is $15 USD flat and free for orders over $200 USD.

All other countries: Shipping is $20 USD flat and free for orders over $250 USD.

You can toggle your region at the bottom of the website to see prices in your local currency. A 1.5% currency conversion fee will be applied at checkout for all international orders.

International orders will be sent via a combination of USPS and your country's post office. It may take 1-4 weeks to deliver depending on your country. Customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees on delivery.

 

Returns & Refunds

I take care to make sure each order is packed securely and protectively. However, sometimes damage, loss, or mistakes do happen.

I am happy to offer a refund or replacement if your order arrives damaged, has a mistake, or becomes lost. Please make sure to contact me with your order #, the email address used for the order, and any pictures of the item & package.

If your order arrives as expected, I will not accept returns or exchanges. My items are often delicate to pack and may be damaged if shipped multiple times. Thank you for your understanding!

 

Cancel or Change Order

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact me ASAP with your order # and the email address used for the order. I can do it if you catch me before I pack your order. However, one the package is ready to ship, I cannot change the address or issue a refund. Please make sure your order items and address are correct before checking out.
