Can you sign my print/playmat?

I’m happy to do a signature! Let me know in your order notes in your cart before checkout.

Prints are signed on the bottom right or left corner of the image in metallic or white pen depending on what I think fits. If you order a bordered print, I can also sign and title at the bottom border with pencil (please write if you would like this specifically).

Borderless vs Bordered Prints? Which should I get?

Bordered prints include a white paper border around the edge of the artwork which is meant to protect it from damage, make it easier to handle, and provide whitespace for matting and framing.

However, most of my artwork is dark, and the white borders can look very harsh. If you are not putting it under a mat, borderless prints can look much better. On my lighter artwork, white borders can work well though.

Ultimately it’s up to your preference - it's just something I can offer since I print them myself at home. (My prints mostly come out of my printer with borders, and then I trim them off for borderless prints.)

Prints with borders are only available in my online shop. At conventions, I only carry borderless prints.

Many of my prints have non-standard sizes. If you want to avoid getting a custom size frame, you can instead ask a framer to cut a custom mat to fit a standard size frame. Or, you may float mount or mount to board.

How do you ship prints? Rolled or flat?

Large prints are loosely rolled with protective paper and shipped in a tall box (square tube). Small prints will ship flat in a rigid mailer. If small prints are ordered with large prints, they may be rolled together or sent flat depending on the size of your order.

All prints are individually protected in clear archival sleeves or wrapped with glassine paper. Prints are shipped without any additional matting or backing unless specifically stated in the description. Please be careful not to crush or cut them while unwrapping!

Will there be watermarks like in the pictures?

For prints, the watermark is for digital display only and will not be on the final printed image. The back side will feature my mark. Playmats and other items are as pictured.

There's a print in your online store that I don't see at your convention table.

There's a small chance I might be carrying a couple of them around with me at conventions. Please feel free to ask if I have it!

Do you do wallscrolls, canvases, metal prints, etc.?

Wallscrolls and large framed prints are in my future plans. But for now, if you would like a large custom size canvas print or something different like a metal print or banner, please let me know and I'll see if I can make it a special order.

Do you have sales and discounts?

I don't hold seasonal or holiday sales online. I may have retired items that are on discount at the Archive Sale section as I rotate in my new artwork, however.

I saw your art for sale on another site. Is it legit?

My official shops (this Shop website, my Gumroad, and Patreon) are the only places where my artwork may be purchased individually, whether as prints, playmats, wallpapers, or other item. **I do not sell on Amazon, Etsy, or other marketplace. Any listings featuring my art on these websites are fake - please do support any such sellers.**

My artwork may appear in projects such as books, games, or other media that I contributed to officially by commission work or licensing. In those instances, the makers of these projects may have related official products featuring my artwork.

Shops which sell my artwork without an existing [book, game, or other media] project with me are fake. Especially anyone selling my original "ITERATION" artwork or fan art on art-focused products such as prints & wall art, playmats, tarot, art books, card proxies, etc.

If you see someone is stealing my art, please let me know at my general contact so I can check. Thank you!
