Refund policy

I pack each order myself with care and protective packaging. However, sometimes damage, loss, or mistakes do happen.

I am happy to offer a refund or replacement if your order arrives damaged, has a mistake, or becomes lost. Please make sure to contact me with your order # and any pictures of the item & package, and I’ll see what I can do to help.

However, if your order arrives as expected, I will not accept returns or exchanges. My items are often delicate to pack and may be damaged if shipped multiple times. Thank you for your understanding!

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact me ASAP! I can do it if you catch me before I send your package. However, if the package has already been picked up, I cannot change the address or issue a refund. Please make sure your order items and address are correct before checking out.
